Welcome to FlowerFly Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of flowerfly.shop (the “Site”) and any order you place with FlowerFly Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from us. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery details you provide are accurate and that you intend to complete the purchase on a Cash-on-Delivery basis.
2. Our Products
Every FlowerFly Studio vase is a hand-painted ceramic piece. Because each is finished by hand, small variations in color, glaze, and brushwork are natural and are part of the character of the piece — they are not defects. We work hard to photograph and describe each vase accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and apply to orders shipped within the United States. We may update prices, products, and promotions at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before processing and you may confirm or cancel.
4. How Ordering Works (Cash on Delivery)
FlowerFly Studio sells exclusively through Cash on Delivery (COD). No online payment is taken when you place your order. Instead:
- You add items to your cart and submit your order with your delivery details.
- We confirm your order and the total amount due by email or phone.
- You pay the courier in cash when your vases are delivered to your door.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we cannot verify the order details.
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched by emailing [email protected]. Once an order is out for delivery, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy. Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries without cause may result in our declining future orders.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes, service areas, and packaging are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Returns & Refunds
Your rights to return items and receive refunds or replacements are described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the FlowerFly Studio name, logo, product designs, photographs, and text — is owned by or licensed to FlowerFly Studio and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, place fraudulent orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and our products are provided on a reasonable-care basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowerFly Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FlowerFly Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
