We want you to love your FlowerFly Studio vases. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how our returns and refunds work.

Our 30-Day Promise

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, the vase must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible.

Vases That Arrive Damaged or Broken

Because our pieces are ceramic, breakage in transit can occasionally happen. If your vase arrives damaged or broken:

  • Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund of that item — your choice. You will not be charged for return shipping on damaged goods.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We’ll reply with a return authorization and the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns without authorization may not be processed.

Refunds with Cash on Delivery

Since FlowerFly Studio orders are paid in cash at delivery, refunds are not reversed to a card. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will arrange your refund by the method that’s easiest for you — typically an electronic bank transfer or, if you prefer, store credit toward a future order. We’ll confirm the details with you by email.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of our receiving and approving your returned item. We refund the price of the returned item; original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was damaged or sent in error.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Custom or personalized pieces made to your specification.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or that show signs of use.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched — just email [email protected]. If your order has already shipped, please use the return process above.
