Are the vases really hand-painted?
Yes. Every FlowerFly Studio vase is a ceramic piece finished by hand. Small variations in color and brushwork are natural and make each piece one of a kind — they’re a sign of genuine handwork, not a flaw.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses across the contiguous United States. We don’t currently ship internationally. If you’re unsure whether we reach your area, email [email protected] before ordering.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We prepare orders within 1–3 business days and most deliveries arrive within 5–8 business days after dispatch. You’ll get an email when your order is confirmed and again when it ships. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Will my vase survive shipping?
We cushion and box every piece specifically to survive the journey. In the rare case something arrives damaged, we’ll replace it or refund it — just contact us within 48 hours with a photo. See Returns & Refunds.
What if my order arrives broken or damaged?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll send a free replacement or refund that item, with no return-shipping cost to you.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is taken on delivery — you settle up in cash with the courier when your vases arrive, so there’s no online payment step and no card details to enter. Just have the order total ready when it lands at your door.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes — most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Read the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and approve your return, we arrange your refund by the method that’s easiest for you — usually an electronic bank transfer, or store credit if you prefer. We confirm everything by email.
How do I care for my vase?
Hand-wash gently with mild soap and warm water, and avoid abrasive scrubbers so the painted finish stays vivid. For fresh flowers, fill and empty as usual; for dried arrangements, simply dust occasionally.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Absolutely — email [email protected] any time before your order is dispatched and we’ll cancel or adjust it at no cost.
