We pack and ship every FlowerFly Studio vase ourselves, with the care a hand-painted ceramic piece deserves. Here is exactly what to expect from order to doorstep.

Where We Ship

FlowerFly Studio currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, email [email protected] before ordering.

Processing Time

Orders are confirmed and prepared within 1–3 business days. Because each vase is hand-finished and carefully wrapped, we take the time to inspect and protect every piece before it leaves us. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural addresses may take a little longer. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you submit your order. Any delivery charge is added to your Cash-on-Delivery total, so the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay the courier.

How Cash on Delivery Delivery Works

  • When your order is out for delivery, our courier will bring your vases to the address you provided.
  • Please have the exact order total in cash ready for the delivery agent — couriers may not carry change.
  • We recommend inspecting the package on arrival. If anything looks damaged, note it with the courier and contact us right away.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your delivery, we will include it in your dispatch email so you can follow your order’s progress.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available, the courier will typically attempt delivery again or leave instructions to reschedule. If a delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us; please contact [email protected] to arrange a new delivery.

Packaging & Damage in Transit

Every vase is cushioned and boxed to survive the journey. In the rare event a piece arrives damaged, we will replace it or make it right — see our Returns & Refunds policy. Please report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can resolve it quickly.
